Share Your CHS Story

As you already know, our vision is for every person be given an opportunity to Live a Life Without Limitations, and we are proud of our staff, communities, families, & the individuals we serve for all of the time & effort invested in keeping our vision alive.

To celebrate & share our vision, we would love to see your photos or hear your story about how CHS has affected your life, or the life of someone else.  Once we receive your stories & photos, we will review & edit them if necessary, and do our best to share them with the appropriate audience via email/social media/print materials,etc. in a timely manner.
